Do your homework

Job interviews are always stressful. You never know they'll ask. How to behave is the issue.
Now, it's not only about how to behave during the interview but before. Be thoroughly, prepare yourself in advance.
The most important thing is to communicate motivation, intelligence, curiosity and initiative apart from a solid backgroung. Be your own market researcher and do your homework about the company and its competitors.
Below you'll find the link to Melissa Martin's excellent post in Carreerlism. She gives pratical suggestions as to do your own market research before encountering your prospective employer.
Hard work, no doubt. But a sure way to outstand in a crowd of job seekers.
